Inspect and Modernization of Fuel Tanks and Pipeline at Pump Houses 4 & 5 and Cathodic Protection Repairs and Survey of DLA Capitalized Fuel Facilities

The major intent of this project is to inspect and repair the 5 each tank at Pump House#4 and Pump House#5 in Incirlik Air Base to bring them into compliance with the applicable API 653 requirements. The project also requires inspections IAW NACE Coating standards, NACE Cathodic Protection standards and TÜV Inspections including fuel system assessments and electrical system visual inspections.

The project includes the following activities.

– Cleaning and vapor freeing of 5 each underground fuel tank in Incirlik Air Base.
– Inspection of 5 each underground fuel tank by API,STI,NACE and TUV certificate inspectors at Incirlik Air Base
– PRV installation, Ball Valves installation, sight glass installation for filters rooms at Facility #24 and Fac#23 in Incirlik Air Base.
– Coating repairs for equipment, pipes, floor, walls and ceiling at Facility#24, Facility#23, Facility#7641 and Facility#21 in Incirlik Air Base.
– Replacement of 2 each PRT/Drain Tanks with new double wall PRT Tanks at Incirlik Air Base.
– CIS/DCVG survey, confirmation excavations and pipe repair for PH#4 and PH#5 at Incirlik Air Base.
– Cathodic protection repairs and survey of DLA capitalized fuel facilities at Incirlik AB, Turkey.
