Fan coil system, complete with all related equipment, piping, connections and accessories c/w all related chiller units have been removed. VRF type A/C system, fresh air and exhaust ducts c/w all related equipment, accessories, necessary electrical controls and connections at Bldg# 2715 have been installed. New VRF Hot Water Generation equipment into the existing hot water system has been integrated. Interior and exterior painting has been accomplished.
