Scope of Project: The major intent of this project is to inspect and repair the 7 each underground fuel tanks at Pump House#8 and #9 in Incirlik Air Base, Turkey to bring them into compliance with the applicable API 653 requirements through mandatory repairs. Moreover, depending on the results of the inspection and resultant customer requirements, potentially perform additional recommended repairs to extend the life of the tanks. The project also requires inspections IAW NACE Coating standards, NACE Cathodic Protection standards and TÜV Inspections including fuel system assessments and electrical system visual inspections.
The project includes the following activities.
Cleaning, inspection, and modernization of Tank#1(Facility#7626), Tank#2 (Facility#7627), Tank#3 (Facility#7628), Tank#5A (Facility #5057) and Tank#5B (Facility #7624).
PRV installation, Ball Valves installation, sight glass installation for filter rooms at Facility #24 and Fac#23.
Coating repairs for equipment, pipes, floor, walls and ceiling at Facility#24, Facility#23, Facility#7641 and Facility#21.
Replacement of PRT/Drain Tank (Facility#7629) and PRT Tank (Facility#7625).
CIS/DCVG survey, confirmation excavations and pipe repair for PH#4 and PH#5.
Cathodic protection repairs and survey of DLA capitalized fuel facilities at Incirlik AB, Turkey.
