Aytekin Serol Inc.’s new headquarters project was designed to meet the needs of our growing company, with human-centered, aesthetic, environmentally friendly, and sustainable values in mind. The project encompasses approximately 3,500 m² of construction area, 1,060 m² of offices, 190 m² of social areas, 1,295 m² of storage, 560 m² of indoor and outdoor parking, 305 m² of landscaping, and a 90 m² shelter. The building automation system includes solar power plants, VRF air conditioning, rooftop units, office and emergency exit doors, sectional and roll-up doors, a fire alarm system (dry contact), utility and fire water tanks, freight and personnel elevators, generators, fans for the attic, warehouse, and parking garage, emergency exit door sirens, UPS systems, hydrophores, fire pumps, and submersible pumps. Within the scope of sustainability, solutions were developed that meet the criteria of location and transportation, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, indoor air quality, materials and resources, and sustainable land.
