The purpose of this project is to design, provide and install to environmental support to facilitate transition of Bldg. 345 and Bldg.116 in Incirlik Air Base fire suppression systems from the present use of eight carbon based Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) to a more environmentally friendly fire suppression product with some auxiliary equipments. Works cover to demolish bladder tanks, related piping, valves including proportioner valves for Bldg.116 and 345 fire suppression system. All C8 AFFF and other C8 AFFF system components requiring disposal i.e., plastic tanks and reserve tank piping and valves as applicable, shall be destroyed by high temperature incineration using facilities that are permitted for the destruction of hazardous wastes (by USEPA for U.S. incinerators). Also installing of new bladder tanks, related piping, valves for Bldg. 116 and 345.
